Important Notice:

The Federal and State Transportation Authorities allow private companies to supply hotel guests with transportation service only when it has been previously contracted from your point of origin, therefore you will have to make a reservation and receive the confirmation at least 72 hours prior to your travel date. You may be required to show the e-transfer ticket to the inspectors at Cancun Airport and/or the Hotel, please keep it with you.

It is mandatory to enter your Flight information at least 72 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your transportation. (Less than that time will not enable us to provide the service, we apologize for any inconvenience).
